The Business of Art and Design series focuses on Strategic Planning to help participants focus their thinking as they move forward with their arts and design business. You will learn identify the current stage of your business; create a mission statement based on your vision and values; articulate SMART goals to drive your business forward; develop strategies for the next 3 years that build on strengths and opportunities; create tactics and timeline and design a strategic plan that works for you.
Taught by industry leaders and open exclusively to ArtCenter alumni, The Business of Art and Design workshops offer insight into goal-setting, marketing, money management, legal issues, negotiating, strategic planning, time management, and project financing.
Enrollment is flexible—purchase the entire series or only the ones that fit your needs. Space is limited to ensure a quality experience.
Workshops are $75 each and open to ArtCenter alumni only. Space is limited to 25 participants per workshop.
