Join us for a live, online session focusing on ArtCenter’s educational department of social innovation, Designmatters. Designmatters joins collaboration with experimentation, experience with reflection, problem-solving with problem-discovery and purpose with action.

Students who participate in Designmatters’ programming connect their educational studies to critical issues that are happening now, affecting people all over the world. Designmatters collaborates with high-impact organizations (including non-profits, NGOs and government agencies) at the studio level to develop innovative solutions to social challenges.

Designmatters’ Associate Director, Susannah Ramshaw, will present an overview of the department during this online session – including case studies from the Desginmatters portfolio which demonstrate student outcomes and real-world implementation – as well as examples of exciting career pathways in socially-responsible design.

This session will culminate in a Q&A, offering you the chance to chat with Associate Director of Designmaters Department, Susannah Ramshaw directly, as well as ask questions of Tim Campos, ArtCenter’s Director of Recruitment Programs.
