Volkswagen ID Connect is the concept of future Mobility for daily long-distance commutes between cities in 2050. The vehicle has both normal driving mode and autonomous mode, it is able to operate fully autonomously on the maglev sky-rail system at a high speed with charring along the way.

The vehicle has a low front and clean rear for aerodynamic purposes. The VW ID pattern is reinterpreted as the light pattern of the vehicle, which becomes the dominant design element of the front and rear.
