Born in Miami, Florida, Thomas Zenteno was accepted into Design and Architecture Senior High School, where he studied product design, transportation design and illustration. He developed a voracious drive to push himself and learn as much as he could about the visual arts. Zenteno graduated from ArtCenter with a BS in Entertainment Design and is currently working as a freelance concept artist out of Salt Lake City, Utah. He has worked for companies such as Animal Logic, Disney Channel, Warner Brothers, Bad Robot and Thinkwell Group. Zenteno also teaches ArtCenter for Teens’ Entertainment Design Summer Intensive alongside his brother Scott Zenteno. The Intensive is a month-long course that pushes high school students to develop their portfolios with an emphasis in storytelling, design thinking and technical skill. He hopes to be teaching the class every summer as a lifelong commitment to giving back to those who have given him so much.
