Stier is creative director and founder of Pony Creative Co. Prior to launching her own business, Stier worked as a designer and art director at agencies in Seattle, Los Angeles, Berlin and Montreal. In addition to running Pony, she is creative director of PlusMTL, an agency collective focused on developing and launching brand stories for start-ups in Montreal. Stier’s eye-catching creative work pushes the envelope and extends brand identity across all touchpoints in a way that is meaningful and true to the mission of the company. Stier’s impressive client roster includes Nordstrom, Microsoft, Jimmy Choo, Adidas, T-Mobile and Toyota. She also has a high-end knitwear company and is developing her own line of Mexicana-inspired kitchen textiles.
