A disposable razor that solves the 660 million pounds of yearly sugarcane waste and 2 billion disposable razors that end up in landfill each year. Scyl utilizes the leftover sugarcane fiber that would have been burned to create a biodegradable handle that releases nutrients into the soil, promoting plant growth. Sycl makes it convenient, with a safe and easily removable cartridge that goes straight into your recycling bin. The reason this is possible is because the sugarcane cartridge that houses the steel blades gets burned off in the process of recycling. Sycl makes it simple.
