Chief Financial and Administrative Officer
As ArtCenter College of Design’s chief financial and administrative officer (CFAO), Elsa Luna brings over 25 years of expertise in financial management and organizational development within nonprofit sectors, she has consistently enhanced productivity, efficiency and profitability. She most recently served as COO and CFO at Southern California Radio, where she oversaw the strategic operations of 89.3 KPCC, LAist and LAist Studios. Previously, Elsa served as the CFO of Los Angeles Universal Preschool (LAUP), where she launched a successful fee-for-service arm for training and consulting services. Prior to joining LAUP, Elsa served as the CFO of YWCA Greater Los Angeles and the treasurer of YWCA GLA Urban Campus Development Corporation, where she was responsible for growing the organization by 400% in five years. In recognition for her achievements, Elsa was awarded CFO of the Year by the Los Angeles Business Journal in 2015 and nominated again in 2023. Committed to philanthropy, Elsa Luna serves on the boards of the University of Redlands, Woodbury University, and Los Angeles Educational Partnerships.
