Biography

Born and raised in The Netherlands, Wohlgemuth's education includes studying at Royal Academy of Fine and Applied Arts, The Hague, The Netherlands; Otis/Parsons Institute of Art (Los Angeles); ArtCenter College of Design (Pasadena); Glenn Vilppu Studio and Associates in Art.  

Exhibition designer for Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences and Samuel Goldwyn Corporation. Illustrations for History Channel, A&E, HarperCollins. 

Teaching: Laguna College of Art and Design, Associates in Art, ArtCenter College of Design (since 2000); drawing, painting, composition, production design.

Recent museum shows of personal work (2018-2019): Harvard University, Cooper Gallery: “Re-Significations;” Museo Bardini Museum, Florence, Italy (part of international conference put on by New York University, in cooperation with Harvard University; Awam Amkpa, curator), "Manifesta" art biennale, Palermo, Italy.
