Tickets are required for both panels; however, free overflow seating will be available via livestream at a designated location outside the auditorium.

Entertainment Design chair, Ken Bielenberg, moderates a panel discussion with the team responsible for crafting DreamWorks’ Oscar-nominated film, The Wild Robot. The panel, featuring production designer Ramone Zibach, co-producer Heather Lanza, head of story Heidi Gilbert, head of character animation Jakob Jensen, and visual development artist (and ArtCenter alum) Chris Grun will detail how they created such an incredible and incredibly beautiful film. The session is sure to be a highly inspirational, behind-the-scenes peek into the making of a DreamWorks classic.

Join Entertainment Design faculty member, Gwyn Conaway, as she moderates a panel of ArtCenter alumni who are forging successful careers in the entertainment industry. The panelists include: Jin Kim, Shan Qiao, Shae Shatz, Gabriel Zamora, Amy Rhee, Jay Thakur, and Christina Yang. The alumni will reveal the secrets to their post-ArtCenter success at studios such as: Walt Disney, Santa Monica Studios, Bungie, Sony Pictures Animation, and Illumination. These alumni all have work on display in our Entertainment Design Alumni Gallery.
