Originally a supersonic wind tunnel, The Mullin Transportation Design Center has been transformed by Darin Johnstone Architects into a suite of educational spaces to facilitate research, experimentation and cutting-edge design, providing full-scale vehicular access that replicates a professional design studio environment. Join Chair Marek Djordjevic for a private, in-depth tour of the space and discuss what is new with the Transportation department.
The Film Department collected current students’ work to showcase in the student gallery and online, providing broader representation beyond the graduate show pieces featured each term. This term, the Graduate Film Department is also offering its first Studio Elective in AI Filmmaking, covering the use of AI from story development through pre-production, physical production, and post-production. The Spatial Experience undergraduate showcase will feature curated projects, video highlights of departmental achievements, a photo archive collage from global exhibitions and guided tours of studios and galleries, with select students visiting to share their best work. The Graduate SXD presentation will then activate the second-year studio with staged work, video excerpts from Blackbox talks and the Reveal exhibition, footage from New York events and live portfolio presentations from current graduate students.

Entertainment Design welcomes alumni to join them for a lively update on their department led by Ken Bielenberg (Chair) and Associate Chairs of Animation, Concept and Game Design (Paul Taylor, Fernando Olmedo and Christophe Gomez). They will provide updates on the achievements of the department’s students and faculty, share new changes in curriculum and display some of the amazing work students have created in recent years.
