Biographys

Roman Iniguez is a Transportation Designer who has designed a variety of automotive exterior work for several vehicle divisions within General Motors. Most notable was his involvement in the creation of the Buick Lucerne exterior under the leadership of Mr. John Manoogian, the GMC Acadia exterior under Mr. Jack Folden and the Cadillac Escalade Platinum exterior under Mr. John Cafaro. Additionaly, Mr.Iniguez also produced design concept work while assigned to the GM Advanced Design Studio in England under the leadership of Mr. Simon Cox. He served to innovate and evolve the brand character identities of Saturn, Chevrolet, Opel and Cadillac vehicles. Roman was later assigned to the GM Advanced Design Studio in North Hollywood, where he became extensively involved with the next-generation design of the Pontiac Solstice and further contributed to the development of the vehicle which became known as the Chevy Bolt. In 2010, he joined Fisker Automobiles alongside engineering staff, where he would produce assembly illustrations for the manufacture of the Fisker Karma. Later, he joined Boombang Design Consultancy, where he designed products for JBL, Oakley, and Seimens. He has taught courses at ArtCenter since 2011. Roman holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Transportation Design and a Master of Science degree in Industrial Design, both conferred to him by ArtCenter College of Design.
