Biographys

Bonnie holds a B.A. in Studio Art from Scripps College and an MA + MFA in Fine Art from Claremont Graduate University. She has taught multiple subjects through art at inner-city schools for over ten years in Downtown Los Angeles. Motivated by her students to learn, Bonnie went back to school to earn her teaching credential in art through ArtCenter College of Design & CSU Long Beach.

Bonnie creates multi-media works through drawing, performance art, and video and has shown her work in galleries in Los Angeles, Washington, New York, Joshua Tree, San Pedro, and Korea. She has performed with Club of Noodles, a Vietnamese Performance Ensemble, and at Highways Performance Space in Santa Monica. Her recent work was showcased in the WomenCinemaker Biennial.
