Biography

Matt Brown works as an independent designer in Los Angeles. He works in and around interface design for software and hardware, toys and games, graphics and animation, and music and sound. Most of his work is in early-stage invention and prototyping for new products, services, media and environments. Recent clients include R&D at The New York Times, Google X, Toca Boca, and Ableton. Matt previously worked as part of the Human Interface Device Prototyping group at Apple from 2011-2016, and he holds a Masters in Interaction Design from the Royal College of Art in London, where he lived and worked from 2001-2011.
