The Printer-in-Residence program at HMCT Archetype Press embeds artists, designers, researchers, printers, and educators in Archetype Press for one week. Candidates are chosen because of their non-traditional and/or innovative approach to using type and analog technology. These residencies offer a rare opportunity for designers and artists to investigate the importance and relevance of type in their practice or personal research as they interact with students and faculty of ArtCenter.
